here’s something i whipped up after binging on cooking shows the mornings of bachelor party weekend. it works as a salad dressing, or over a chicken and pasta dish, or as a marinade, or you can do shots of it if you’re so inclined.
1 part white distilled vinegar
1 part vegetable oil
2 parts orange juice (i squeeze it myself whenever possible)
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
the citrus and the pepper balance out nicely and it’s not terribly unhealthy. plus it’s easy and quick to make and i usually already have all the ingredients on hand. if you’re into that kinda thing.
